1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the z7com platform, operated under the domain z7com.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

z7com provides online gambling information, platform access and related services primarily targeting adult users in Pakistan. All content on the Platform is published in English. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and z7com with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the z7com website accessible at z7com.cam and all associated pages, features and services.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount deposited into, held in, or withdrawn from your Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the Platform supports.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive offered by the Platform to Users, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age and address before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under the minimum age, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software and other material published on or made available through the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, to register and maintain an Account on the Platform. z7com strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Access to online gambling services may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location before registering or placing any bets. z7com makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

Each User may hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding Funds and Bonuses.

Current employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of z7com or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a User Account or participate in any promotional offers on the Platform.

4. Registration & Accounts

To access the full features of the Platform you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your registration information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. z7com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point — including false identity documents during KYC — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of Funds.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed in accordance with the Withdrawals clause below. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gambling clause.

5. Deposits & Payments

The Platform supports various deposit methods, which may include bank transfers and digital payment instruments. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are provided as familiar Pakistan payment references only. They do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any gambling operator on the part of those institutions.

Where supported, deposits may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform cashier. Limits are subject to change without prior notice.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources, that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used, and that no deposited funds are proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties will be rejected and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider, though processing times may vary. z7com accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or network interruptions.

6. Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. You must provide valid government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal processing.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply, expressed in PKR, and are displayed within the Platform cashier. Single-transaction and weekly withdrawal caps may apply and are subject to change. VIP tier holders may benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP programme terms.

Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance. Subsequent transfer times depend on the chosen payment method and third-party processing times. z7com does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and accepts no liability for delays outside its reasonable control.

Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method as the original deposit. z7com reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods where the original deposit channel is unavailable or unsuitable.

z7com reserves the right to delay, withhold or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending regulatory or compliance review. Users will be notified where legally permissible.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement.

Bonus funds and any associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount, deposit amount or combined total, as specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games or below minimum odds thresholds will not count toward wagering requirements.

z7com operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, coordinated betting with other users to exploit promotions, or using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will be suspended and bonuses voided.

Promotions are offered at z7com's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, amended or suspended at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are typically subject to geographic eligibility and may not be available to all Users.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming placement. z7com does not accept liability for bets placed in error by the User.

Odds and available markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. z7com offers information and access to markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports. Market references are informational only and do not constitute endorsement by any sporting body or league.

z7com reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds, whether caused by technical malfunction, human error or data feed failure. Where bets are voided under this clause, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Stake limits may be amended for individual accounts at z7com's discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9. Responsible Gambling

z7com is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. Gambling should be an entertaining activity and must never be viewed as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users and may be activated via Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits in PKR.
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — maximum continuous play duration settings.
• Reality Checks — periodic pop-up notifications showing time and net position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion — temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods — short-term breaks of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction. Age verification checks are conducted as part of KYC. Access by minors is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of Funds.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under the minimum age or located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Opening more than one Account, or using another person's Account with or without their consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion or any other manipulation of betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain; any such gains will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or Platform staff.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting Platform Content without prior written consent from z7com.

Breach of this clause will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code and data compilations — is the exclusive property of z7com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

z7com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform Content without prior written authorisation.

Where you submit content to the Platform (including reviews, comments or feedback), you grant z7com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. z7com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or completeness of the Platform or its Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or gambling losses.

z7com's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

z7com is not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, data suppliers or other service providers whose services are integrated into or referenced on the Platform.

13. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how z7com collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles. By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

z7com reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z7com holds its operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first contact z7com's support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of initial notification, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts or arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction, as applicable. z7com does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for matters outside its operational registration territory.
